1. Definitions

    •    “DB Allied Escrow”: Refers to the owners, operators, and affiliates of the escrow service.
    •    “User”: Refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
    •    “Buyer”: A User purchasing goods or services through the escrow process.
    •    “Seller”: A User providing goods or services through the escrow process.
    •    “Transaction”: Any agreement or activity facilitated through the DB Allied Escrow  platform involving a Buyer and a Seller.
    •    “Escrow Account”: A temporary account where funds are held securely by DB Allied Escrow until transaction conditions are met.

2. Scope of Service

DB Allied Escrow provides an online escrow service to facilitate secure transactions between Buyers and Sellers. The Service includes:

    •    Holding funds from the Buyer until agreed-upon terms with the Seller are fulfilled.
    •    Releasing funds to the Seller upon confirmation of the Buyer’s satisfaction or fulfillment of agreed terms.
    •    Resolving disputes related to transactions facilitated by DB Allied Escrow.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and during transactions.

3.2 Legal Use

The Service must not be used for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

    •    Money laundering.
    •    Funding illegal goods or services.
    •    Fraudulent transactions.

3.3 Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Fees and Payments

    •    DB Allied Escrow charges a transaction fee of 0.1%.
    •    Fees are non-refundable except in cases explicitly stated in these Terms or on the website.
    •    The User is responsible for covering all applicable taxes, bank charges, and currency conversion fees.

5. Transaction Process

    1.    Initiation: The Buyer & seller deposits funds into the Escrow Account.
    2.    Fulfillment: The Seller delivers goods or services as agreed.
    3.    Confirmation: The Buyer confirms satisfaction with the goods or services received.
    4.    Release: DB Allied Escrow releases funds to the Seller upon confirmation or after the dispute resolution process.

6. Dispute Resolution

    •    If a dispute arises, Users must notify DB Allied Escrow through the dispute resolution portal.
    •    DB Allied Escrow will review evidence from both parties and make a binding decision within a reasonable timeframe.
    •    Users agree to accept the decision as final and binding.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

    •    The transaction is canceled before the Seller delivers goods or services.
    •    A dispute is resolved in favor of the Buyer.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

8. User Account Responsibility

    •    Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
    •    Users must notify DB Allied Escrow immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

9. Limitation of Liability

    •    DB Allied Escrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
    •    DB Allied Escrow’s total liability will not exceed the amount of fees received for the disputed transaction.

10. Termination of Service

    •    DB Allied Escrow reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts for violations of these Terms.
    •    Upon termination, funds held in escrow will be processed in accordance with these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

DB Allied Escrow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States.
